Returns Policy

Refunds, replacements and exchanges can only be issued if:

• The products are damaged or defective
  
• The products are in the same condition that you received them
  
• The products are unopened
  
• The products were purchased directly through dnousandsoma.com
  
• The products are returned within a 30 day period from receipt

Customers are required to pay associated shipping fees when returning an order, and are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

If your circumstances align with our Returns Policy, please email hello@nousandsoma.com to co-ordinate, using the subject line RETURNS or EXCHANGES.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have your returned item and whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days.
